Phil Simms was one of the best quarterbacks in Giants history. Phil Simms led the Giants to two Super Bowl championships. On top of his two Super Bowl rings Phil owns 19 team records. Simms owns the club record for the lowest career interception percentage and most passing touchdowns(184) in his career. Phil took home the Most Valuable Player award in Super Bowl XXI. Phil Simms has hand signed in silver this 8x10 photograph of him scrambling with the ball during a game against the Denver Broncos at Mile High Stadium in Denver Colorado on December 10 1989.
